  • Date and Time of Incident: The specific time when the activity occurred.
  • Details of the Incident: Provide as much detail as possible, including logs, screenshots, or any other evidence that can help us understand the issue.

3. Submit a Report

To report abusive activity, please use our Abuse Reporting Form, which can be found on our support page. Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly via email at abuse@c1vhosting.it with the information you've gathered.

4. Response Time

After submitting your report, our team will review the case and take appropriate action as necessary. We strive to respond to abuse reports as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours. However, depending on the complexity of the issue, the investigation process may take longer.
