How to Cancel a Service
Canceling a service is a straightforward process, but it’s essential to verify the terms outlined in your signed agreement before proceeding. Here's how you can request a cancellation:
- Review Your Contract: Check the cancellation terms in your signed agreement to confirm any notice periods or specific requirements.
- Log In: Access your account via the Client Portal.
- Navigate to Services: Go to the My Services section.
- Select the Service: Locate the service you wish to cancel.
- Submit Cancellation Request: Click on Request Cancellation and provide the necessary details. You can choose:
- Immediate Cancellation: The service will terminate immediately (if allowed by your contract).
- End of Billing Cycle: The service will continue until the current billing cycle ends.
- Await Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation request and next steps, if applicable.
